Need a personal trainer? SuperSlow Zone is a unique professional wellness service studio within the CORE-Longview location.

Our SuperSlow zone program is a complete gym with MED X equipment and a private Cardio room. We also offer private joint mobility and Stretch programs all with a personal trainer to help you thru your fitness goals.

The SuperSlow training method is a 30-minute intense weight lifting program that challenges your muscles and gives you results in as little as two sessions a week.

Whether you are looking to improve body shape, build muscle, increase energy/endurance we have the tools to develop a personal training program for your needs. Clients range from age 14-90; high school and college athletes; pro golfers and weekend warriors, and those who just need a good quality workout with a professional trainer.
