About: He is the Manager of Education and Training throughout the clinics at the Centre Of Rehabilitation Excellence (CORE) in Longview, Texas, and developed the 1st CARF Accredited Program in East Texas. Dr. Penn oversees the education and training and program development in physical therapy. Previous director at Longview Regional Medical Center and Skilled Nursing facility. He has been recognized for Excellence in Clinical Education by the Texas Consortium and recognized as the Outstanding Clinical Instructor by the TPTA. Dr. Penn is currently adjunct faculty at Baylor University Doctor of Physical Therapy Program.
