Tom Lorren, PT, CEAS, is the Director of Rehabilitation Services for PrimeCare, which includes multiple practices in East Texas, including the Centre Of Rehabilitation Excellence (CORE) in Longview. Tom is an entrepreneur and has started numerous successful businesses besides CORE, including other free-standing PT/OT clinics, onsite industrial PT clinics, occupational medicine clinics, and free-standing personal training facilities. Licensed in California, Texas, and Louisiana, Tom was formerly the Director of Rehabilitation for the Texas Back Institute. He was an instructor at Loma Linda University’s School of Physical Therapy and the previous Director of Education and Training for Loredan Biomedical. Tom has traveled and lectured internationally and is a sought-after speaker and noted expert in back and spine treatment as well as industrial rehabilitation. He is a contributing author in numerous books and journals emphasizing testing and treatment of the lumbar spine. His primary focus at this time is on community health and wellness. Tom is a member of the APTA since 1979 and is actively involved in Texas Workman’s Compensation issues as well as local community boards and committees. He is married to Linda and has three daughters.
Faith Holdridge is a PTA that has been committed to helping rehabilitate the people of Northeast Texas since she graduated from Northeast Texas Community College with an Associates of Applied Sciences Physical Therapist Assistant in 2020. Right after graduating and getting her license, she worked as a home health pediatric PTA. She has been with CORE for two and a half years, and currently works in our Lone Star and Jefferson clinics. When she’s not working at CORE, she is working at NTCC as a lab and class assistant or tutoring current PTA students. On her weekends she volunteers at her church and spends her extra time baking or spending time with family.
Baylee McGuire has been a PTA since 2019 where she graduated from Kilgore College with an Associates of Applied Science degree. Baylee has worked in different settings including Inpatient Rehabilitation and Home Health. She has been with CORE for one year working in the Linden and LoneStar clinics. When Baylee is not at work she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and daughter.
Krystin Harris is a dedicated and compassionate therapist with a background in Home Health and Skilled Nursing Facilities, and has currently been with CORE for 2 years. She graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a B.A. in Communications and Minor in Marketing, and continued on to Northeast Texas Community College to graduate with an Associates of Applied Sciences Physical Therapy Assistant. Krystin plays an integral role in our Lone Star and Marshall clinics, working closely with patients to promote health and wellness, and achieve successful outcomes. Outside of her clinical practice, Krystin is her son’s #1 fan in his extracurricular sports, including basketball and baseball, and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. With her exceptional ability to connect and motivate, Krystin is instrumental in guiding patients towards their path to recovery and improved well-being.
Brianna Hoskins is a highly dedicated and skilled PTA with a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology Pre-Physical Therapy from Cal State University San Marcos and an Associates of Applied Sciences Physical Therapist Assistant from Kilgore College. Currently, Bri works at our Longview and Marshall clinics, where she is the secret sauce that spices up our rehab team and brings laughter and an infectious energy to the work environment. Outside of her work as a PTA, Bri is a mom of 3 young children and an avid animal lover. She and her husband, Jared, enjoy the great outdoors and spending time together as a family. With a genuine dedication to improve the lives of others, Bri is thrilled to walk each patient through their rehabilitation journey.
