Tom Lorren

PT, CEAS

Tom Lorren, PT, CEAS, is the Director of Rehabilitation Services for PrimeCare, which includes multiple practices in East Texas, including the Centre Of Rehabilitation Excellence (CORE) in Longview. Tom is an entrepreneur and has started numerous successful businesses besides CORE, including other free-standing PT/OT clinics, onsite industrial PT clinics, occupational medicine clinics, and free-standing personal training facilities. Licensed in California, Texas, and Louisiana, Tom was formerly the Director of Rehabilitation for the Texas Back Institute. He was an instructor at Loma Linda University’s School of Physical Therapy and the previous Director of Education and Training for Loredan Biomedical. Tom has traveled and lectured internationally and is a sought-after speaker and noted expert in back and spine treatment as well as industrial rehabilitation. He is a contributing author in numerous books and journals emphasizing testing and treatment of the lumbar spine. His primary focus at this time is on community health and wellness. Tom is a member of the APTA since 1979 and is actively involved in Texas Workman’s Compensation issues as well as local community boards and committees. He is married to Linda and has three daughters.

Alyssa Palmer

PT, DPT

Alyssa Palmer is one of our Physical Therapists who was born and raised in the Tyler, Texas area. Alyssa earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Texas Woman’s University in Dallas, after completing her Bachelor’s in Exercise and Sports Science at Texas State University in San Marcos. She is married to husband, Clay, who is a Pine Tree-native and they welcomed a sweet baby boy in 2023. In addition to watching and supporting the local high school sports teams, they enjoy traveling and trying out various local food spots whenever they get a chance. After having the opportunity to work in various clinical settings, Alyssa fell in love with treating patients in the outpatient setting and is excited to do so on a daily basis! She particularly enjoys working with others who have neurological disorders or injuries and incorporating her Dry Needling Certification into her practice when needed.

Chris Stanley

PT, DPT, CMPT

Dr. Christopher Stanley was born and raised in Texarkana, TX. He attended Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos, TX where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Sport Science in 2000 and then a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy in 2007. He completed his orthopedic residency and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2010. Dr. Stanley obtained his Certification in Manual Therapy in 2011. Dr. Stanley is certified in Therapeutic Dry Needling, Blood Flow Restriction Therapy and Functional Range Release techniques.

Dr. Stanley is an Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America and received his Vigil Honor in 1993.

Dr. Stanley enjoys spending time with his wife Danielle and his two boys Conrad and Boden. He enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, mountain biking and fitness.

Dr. Stanley enjoys all aspects of orthopedic physical therapy care, and he is particularly skilled in helping resolve issues with vertigo, TMJ disorders, headaches, low back pain, shoulder pain and sports injuries.


Karen McNew

PTA

Karen McNew has been with CORE for 31 years. She is a licensed PTA and certified in Graston technique. She also has certification in  Work Conditioning/Work Hardening. Karen is the  Coordinator for the Testing department where we preform Worksteps and pre-employment testing for multiple companies throughout the Texas and Louisiana area. Karen enjoys working out in the gym with her co-workers and riding her horses with her husband. Karen has a passion for Powerlifting and has been the Chairman for the East Texas High School Judges Association for 20 plus years.

Jessica Clutts

PT

Jessica received a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology Exercise Science from LeTourneau University in 2013, and then attended Kilgore College to receive an Associates of Applied Science degree and later to follow became a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in 2014, she began my journey working at the Centre of Rehabilitation Excellence during that same year, November of 2014 to present, 9 years. She has specialty certification, extensive education, and experience in Graston Technique, along with Kinesiotaping technique and application of RockTape.  She spends her off hours from work generally at the gym completing CrossFit workouts or with family.

Vikki Moore

Office Manager

Vikki Moore is our Office Manager and has been with CORE for 17 years, having worked in almost every office department from scheduling to billing. She is married to husband, Mack, and they enjoy cruises abroad. In her free time, Vikki enjoys spending time with her daughter and two grandsons, who are her world. From a military background, she has lived in a total of 4 states and has been in East Texas now for 45 years.

Brianna Hoskins

PTA

Brianna Hoskins is a highly dedicated and skilled PTA with a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology Pre-Physical Therapy from Cal State University San Marcos and an Associates of Applied Sciences Physical Therapist Assistant from Kilgore College.  Currently, Bri works at our Longview and Marshall clinics, where she is the secret sauce that spices up our rehab team and brings laughter and an infectious energy to the work environment.  Outside of her work as a PTA, Bri is a mom of 3 young children and an avid animal lover.  She and her husband, Jared, enjoy the great outdoors and spending time together as a family.  With a genuine dedication to improve the lives of others, Bri is thrilled to walk each patient through their rehabilitation journey.

Donna Sallee

Donna Sallee has been with the Longview  Superslow Zone since its inception in 2004.

Donna Sallee was not only the first Certified Personal Strength Trainer for the Longview Center but also developed key Sales and Marketing efforts. Additionally, with her unique and innovative contributions, Donna has helped develop therapy programs, including Balance, Agility, Flexibility, and the Athletes Program.

Donna’s commitment to excellence is a testament to our commitment to always striving to provide the highest quality of our services. She shares, "Being a part of this from the beginning and seeing it grow into such a successful program has been a great triumph. The Superslow weight training concept was new to East Texas and a big marketing challenge. We are proud to boast that many of our original clients have been training with us for 20 years, a testament to the trust and quality we provide quot;

Donna is married and has three daughters and one grandson.

Anthony Ogden

Anthony Ogden’s experience in health and fitness started early in his career. He joined Superslow Zone in 2005 and became a SuperSlow Certified Strength Trainer. In addition to being a personal strength trainer, he is a lifelong martial artist and instructor, achieving six Black Belts.

Anthony has been instrumental in helping design the Athletes Program, 5-Level Balance Program, and the Flex/Mobility Program. Anthony is married and lives in Longview.
