Shoulder injuries
The shoulder is comprised of multiple joints
…which allows for a large range of motion but also leaves the shoulder susceptible to injury if not strengthened properly. Shoulder pain can also come from any of these joints, or the surrounding muscles, tendons, ligaments, or other nearby structures. Here at CORE, we treat a multitude of those injuries, whether it’s an acute or chronic condition, or if you have had surgery or not!
A few common injuries or conditions of the shoulder that we treat, include the following:
- Rotator cuff tear
- Labrum (SLAP) tear
- Frozen Shoulder (Adhesive capsulitis)
- AC joint sprain
- Osteoarthritis (OA) of the shoulder
- Bursitis
