About: He is the Manager of Education and Training throughout the clinics at the Centre Of Rehabilitation Excellence (CORE) in Longview, Texas, and developed the 1^st CARF Accredited Program in East Texas.  Dr. Penn oversees the education and training and program development in physical therapy. Previous director at Longview Regional Medical Center and Skilled Nursing facility. He has been recognized for Excellence in Clinical Education by the Texas Consortium and recognized as the Outstanding Clinical Instructor by the TPTA.  Dr. Penn is currently adjunct faculty at Baylor University Doctor of Physical Therapy Program

About: I am originally from South Dakota and moved to East Texas in 2002. I have worked in hospital, rehab, clinic and home health settings. I have a beautiful wife, Sarah, and 2 wonderful children.
