We offer intense, customized sessions to get you results. SuperSlow training increases bone density, strength, endurance, as well as muscle tone, and body shape. In the past 19 years, our trainers have trained over 60,000 effective sessions for clients ages 14 – 90.

Flex mobility & balance

Let’s get steady with our Body Balancing Program. Our 5-level progressive program is designed with beginner moves to advanced strategic maneuvers that will challenge your whole body. Our Flex & Joint Mobility Classes are private one-on-one sessions allowing you to focus on yourself. You’ll experience decreased joint pain by learning dynamic movements and better mobility.
